Did not like it at all! The bed had been broken in several places. Had to pay a deposit on top of the room rate. People were not friendly at all.

This hotel should be rated 5 stars! Beautiful property, well kept, and clean. Hotel staff is super friendly. We will definitely stay there again the next time we go to Pigeon Forge!
